Our Process
Step 1 - ID Cow

Step 3 - MILK TANKERS
We ensure our cows receive a proper diet, necessary medical care, and are housed in a healthy environment.
The milk is then stored at the farm in Bulk Milk Chillers at a constant temperature of +4°C before being dispatched to Indira Dairy's fully automated dairy plant.
The Reefer Container fleet of Indira Dairy is equipped with cooling units to ensure the transportation of milk at a constant optimum temperature.

At the factory, milk is stored at +4°C before processing begins.
After storage, milk at Indira Dairy undergoes homogenization to evenly distribute fat, ensuring a creamy taste and no cream separation.
Indira Dairy's distribution fleet is equipped with cooling units to ensure milk is delivered to retailers at the optimum temperature.
Step 7 - SALE DEPOTS
Step 8 - RETAILERS
Packaged milk from Indira Dairy is sent to our Sales Depots, stored for retail distribution with utmost efficiency, ensuring quick delivery to retailers.
Our personnel regularly monitor retailers to ensure they comply with cold chain requirements, checking cold storage unit temperatures for product display.
